Graves
Graves is a red and white wine appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) located in the Bordeaux region of France. Graves red wines are often elegant, with red fruit aromas and a slightly smoky finish, while white wines are fresh and aromatic, with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit. The soils of this region are gravel, a mixture of gravel, pebbles and sand, giving the wines great complexity and finesse.

Clos Floridène now covers 40 hectares in the Graves appellation. Its name is a tribute to Denis and Florence, the two founders of the estate. Over the past three decades, they have successively purchased parcels located on the best terroirs. Thanks to their hard work, Clos Floridène is now an independent vineyard and a wine estate of international renown.
Clos Floridène white is fermented in barrels. The wine is then aged for 8 months in barrels, with regular stirring of the lees.

Château Haura is an old estate. It is located on one of the best terroirs in the village of Illats, in the Graves appellation. In 2002, its owner, Bernard Leppert, signed a lease with Denis Dubourdieu. While the majority of the vineyard was planted with white vines, on these exceptional Graves terroirs, it has since been largely replanted with red vines to produce a classic Bordeaux wine.
